The PP is organized to control a maximum amount of shares in SEVU for McBride and the Insiders on CREDIT and very little cost to them...

The ultimate aim, as disclosed by McBride himself to me and others, is to take SEVU Private to avoid all the problems he currently has with SEC and to become the CEO again... If you thought your shareholders right were trampled in a Public Company environment, just think how it'll be as a Minority shareholder in a Private Company controlled by McBride...

You'll have none and the value of your share value is bound to drop enormously, as there won't be a market to trade them any more or SEC to protect your Rights...

ZERO LIQUIDITY!!...
