This is pure yahoo and the threat to send a discussion to the company? or someone for prosecution is a nice touch of ugly makeup. I can't count the number of times I 've been threatened by thread Fascists for saying something, expecially if it is true and documented.
Standard reply, Basserdan, have your lawyer call mine. Don't destroy any paper or electronic documents (e-mail, computer files, CD storage, tape backups etc.) they will be needed in discovery. To do so is a felony, obstruction of justice. FWIW, Porter Scamsberry threatened to sue me on a Yahoo board. Then he got indicted by the Feds for fraud. Porter, I'm still waiting for that subpoena you promised.
