Oh my God. I can't even be bothered responding to that it is so ridiculous. How long have you been in the stock market and you think that? Please, do me a favour and post that post on the AURC board as an OT. Even the pumpers will tell you how wrong you are. It's such a basic concept the fact that you don't understand it let's me know why you are invested in AURC. And yes, you can say well nobody traded on the info so it wasn't illegal, but they did trade on it. He alway's 'slapped' the bid etc, and so did the stucks he passed on the info to. Post it there and see the reception. I won't, because SR will just delete it.

So, if I know that GE is buying a XYZ $1 stock for $5 a share, because the CFO told me it was happening on Thursday, and I told all my friends this, neither the CFO or me is doing anything illegal? Wow. What is illegal insider trading according to you? You can't pass on material information that can be used to profit when not all are privy to that information. It should be so clear to you the fact that it isn't scares me. Once an AURC investor always an AURC investor HAHA.
It's only illegal insider info if it's stolen? hahahahahaha. Great stuff invenstor.
