That's true, but I cannot find the paperwork on it. From the looks of it, comparing yesterday's close to today's "open", it seems like 1:43, a strange ratio.......and nothing filed or PRd on the "new" company..........
This is the third shell for me in a week where I am facing this same scenario.....reverse split, name change, NOTHING publicly filed or PRd by the recipient company......and none of them trading, as ST has all my shares of each on hold.......
Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
