Same thing goes if they pick up a pertochemical company. In the 80's I used to work for a company called Magna Corporation, it was owned by Baker-Hughs. We made specialty chemicals for Baker and Halliburton. We ran 3 shifts till they relocated the plant. I'm hoping ESP manaufactures similar chemicals, they are a specialty petrochemical company.
