I am going to start and increase exposure as the market goes down. I don't know when the expected reversal will happen, I do it stock by stock, as they reach my targets (and actually got a little over extended Friday late, so near the close I took few "chips" off the table). As for stocks that could bounce in January, probably those that weakens during December due to tax selling, on the conservative side, the like of MRK and JNJ, on the more speculative side, the like of BSTE, LNCR, JCOM, LEXR, NTES and SNDK. You may want to be patient and wait for further declines in most of these. As for SNDK and LEXR, buying in the $62/3 and $16 to $16.5 area with stops in the $59.5 and $15.60 respectively might be good bets. NTES probably in the $40 to $41 area. LNCR in the $29 to $30 area. BSTE and JCOM in the $25 to $26 area. MRK probably around $40 and JNJ around $47/8. Additional candidates could be GENZ in the $44/$6 area and AMGN in the $57/8 area.
