CYGXUP....Your posts have my attention. Your concerns over the lack of available information of Phanuel spell careful and intent investing to me. They are excellent questions that you have now learned can't totally be answered by any posters on this board...and believe me......we have some topnotch people here. Your scouting/DD is impressive. You are researching a penny stock that has had a significant decrease in its PPS in the last three months probably because the company announced in its last 10Q that there is substantial doubt they will be be able to fund operations beyond 12-31-03.
I am also going to note that although big names on BOD's are nice...they do not ensure operations will continue. In fact, I lost a bundle on a co (RMEC) this spring shortly after they put a couple of big names on their BOD.
I believe an announcement with financing news to get them through the next year (1.7 mil needed) would boost the PPS back up to near recent highs. But until that happens....I believe we can all expect a lower pps....and if the financing doesn't appear.....a healthy loss for tax purposes. That isn't my interpretation....that is the CYGX report to shareholders! So, you would be extremely wise to research this Co very carefully before placing hard earned money into it.
Personally, I choose to stay invested. There are many brilliant posters on this board who like the theory/science that CYGX is based on. Thalio suggests there are reasons that Phanuel can't/won't release further information and I have bought that.
IMO, getting in now could be a tremendous risk with the companies warnings of possibly discontinuing operations as early as 12-31-03. If, however, they do find financing you will miss out on a handsome jump. I'm waiting for the jump but am very prepared to lose my entire investment in the next 30 days.
Please continue to post. Your concerns rightfully hit nerves and should have the attention of all posters on this board.
Rick, Thalio and the numerous other well informed posters on this board.....this lurker will continue to enjoy your posts and the chance you offer for one to learn.
