I bet the Yahoo group creator is a lawsuit happy Lawyer. Since only Lawyers only come out the winner from Class Action Lawsuits, FWIW. I've seem many lawyers hang out on Yahoo for Class Actions. Can you believe they will stoop this low. OTOH, The COCO traders got taken and should be made whole.
