Righty,
I went to the sec.gov site, saw the listings, but you cannot see the actual documents, what they state, etc, because they were paper filings.
Again, this does not, in my opinion, explain anything. If/when the company files audited financials with the SEC and it can be determined how the funds are being used, I may re-evaluate my opinion. As of now, though, I respectfully submit that I don't have enough evidence to sway my thinking.
