Righty,
I went on www.otcbb.com and pulled up RSDS, and pulled the filings tab and no filings are found. I'm concerned with the audited financials. If they do not have one, I find that to be an immediate concern.
You have to understand that this has been my stance, that any company that does not file audited financials with the SEC is suspect to me.
I don't need to know anything more about them until they file financials.
At that point I would be able to assess if it is NOT dilutive in nature. At this point my tendency is to agree that it is.
I respect others' views on this, and so long as posters are not attacked, I will not censor the opposing view to mine.
