Righty,
First of all, let me say I looked at the document, and I agree that at least on the surface I would consider the claims to be legitimate, but no, I'm no expert on the documents, and I'd be more than open to hear why they wouldn't be legitimate.
As to dilution, you have to realize that everyone is entitled to call 120 million shares in a very short time period dilution. It was a large percentage of the previous O/S to add. And unless there are financial statements that are sent in to the SEC (are there, or is this a pinky with none?), we cannot determine whether there was any legitimacy to the shares being issued.
I will hold off opinion until I can see something filed with the SEC that, in my opinion, justifies the issuance of the shares, and whether or not it appears as dilution to me.
