Since the company doesn't file with the SEC there is simply no telling how many shares are really out there. They aren't required to disclose the amount since they aren't reporting. I look at it this way, you have two non-affiliated third parties who are willing to give Boonmarkets a total of 2MM free trading shares out of a total of 15.6MM available, does that smell right to you? Smells like a bad barrel of fish. I'm guessing there are a lot more than 15.6MM in float for that to happen.
