The NASD and SEC=total joke.. I recall my first big lose on a penny called GIFS.. they were watching these guys for over a year yet they didnt stop trading as the stock flew from .20 to $5-6 a share.. One day in plunged to .20 a share and thats where they halted it.. Gee thanks alot you worthless pricks..

Just like yesterdays halt on CECO.. sure- after its down some 15 points.. gee thanks guys..
