Isn't that the building owned by JF's wife....so the rent pays her salary and the mortgage payment for a building that she will own...all bought and paid for by SB-2A shares! Of course GZFX will not be able to count one cent of it as an asset....well, maybe...after the building is paid for JF's wife could then sell it to GZFX for a premium price and then score twice on it!
