Impossible in what way? Your argument that a CU program would preclude full 9902b enrollment doesn’t hold water because 9902b is almost fully enrolled right now.

I would suggest this is a odd statement. Clearly it is virtually impossible to run a trial if the drug is freely available to that population. Not fully enrolled is not fully enrolled. Why would anyone take a chance of getting placebo when they could be sure of getting the treatment via CU? Experimenting on humans is hard.
