The consulting fees aren't just from Zazoff. They're not specific to IR services, either. Under "Prepaid Expenses",
it says they contracted with five individuals to provide consulting services over a two year period. To include Marketing, Investment Banking and a variety of professional Management services.

We've had this as an expense going back to Q1. It hit a high in Q2 of $3,673,763. Then, there were cancellations, etc. and paydowns each month, etc.

Maybe our new IR could clarify the parties involved.
