I don't know when you first looked at this, but:
1) The change in management ousted a C. E. O. who at least published accurate financial statements and had managed to wangle, tentatively, some partnerships when he had almost nothing to offer. In his stead, we have one of the people who has been associated with this company and its paid promoters for a long time. Not a very good trade, in my opinion.
2) The communications are deceptive (speaking of all the assets on the books when the financial statements show none) and improperly presented (not made public).
3) What positive development can you possibly think of when there are no assets, no revenues, and no producing wells under Titan's control?
