Trip to (SLJB) Sulja Brothers Building Supplies - April 10, 2007

"While we were there, we sat down and went over the entire Sulja Building Supplies Ltd minute book, which clearly shows that Sulja Building Supplies Ltd (Canada) is owned 100% by Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd Nevada, just like I've been saying to you all along. It was a great relief to see it with our own eyes."

CORPORATION DOCUMENT LIST
Ontario Corporation Number 701284
Corporation Name SULJA BROS BUILDING SUPPLIES LTD.

The first thing I noticed when I saw the stock cert was the wrong company name! First thing! I do not believe it was by accident that YOU posted you viewed the minute book of Sulja Building Supplies Ltd. in your report! It doesn't surprise me that Sulja Nevada owns 100% of Sulja Building Supplies Ltd as that company more than likely doesn't exist so once again 100% of nothing is nothing! Had I been there I would have immediately told them that this isn't the name of the Canadian Corp. Again, it was the first thing I noticed on the stock cert that was provided to Airys!

Had that been my company book I would have sent it back and told the manufacturer that they had the wrong name on the book and the stock certs and it needed to be replaced with the correct information. Unless of coarse that is the way I wanted it to read! Looking at the order form below the person ordering actually enters the company information. I can have a corporate book, seal and stock certs for any company (real or imagined), I want, even if the company doesn't exist. I called the manufacturer and they do not "validate" the company that orders the supplies. I can order for any entity I want and if I make the mistake in information it is my problem, if they make the mistake in manufacturing the product they 100% guarantee the product and will replace it with the correct information free of charge!

Finally we know who manufactured the corporate book and are working to find out just when that book was ordered and purchased and who ordered it. More to follow!
