Bac, during my last visit to SEVU...

new headquarters, McBride gave me a Secureview for testing purposes... I have already advised him that he can deduct its cost - should I decide to keep it - from the forthcoming settlement of my personal lawsuit against him and SEVU, that will seek to recover a sum in the 6 figures range...

That is separate from the suit brought by a group of shareholders concerning the PP for insiders only @ 10 cents and the ± $278,000 Cash borrowed from SEVU and refunded with restricted stock, among other things...
