I bought and am holding DTGP on speculation that it has a reverse merger partner lined up. When, or if, they will actually finalize such reverse merger I do not know. I'm holding nearly 2.6 million shares of DTGP. I will hold through the end of the month, and then if no news comes out by then, I will probably sell for a loss and move on. That's just me, everyone needs to make their own decisions based purely what is in their best interests.
