New Phase-2 RA trials of MM-093 .

I am a bit surprised about the increments in dosing. It started with 2.5, 7.5 and 20mg and is now at once increased to 60mg. That is 3 times the highest dose during the previous trials and 24 times the lowest dose of those trials. Was so little known about safety limits before? Otherwise they wouldn't have been so conservative in their previous dosing, I guess?
