I know what the NOBO and OBO stands for, but doesn't that just show how many different share owners there are? Or does that actually put a number of shares to the owners.

That being said, is the NOBO supposed to determine how many shares short the MM's are?

Still hoping for a good short squeeze, just haven't been apart of one before.
