ceo of astn was sued

the company's director's and officers insurance didn't pay as the ceo was guilty of fraud. The plaintiff got a judgement against the ceo. The ceo claimed to have no money then found a way for the company to pay for it then they put a lien on his house. When you commit fraud, you can be sued. You are not protected.
