People with "deep pockets" get sued all the time because attorneys perceive that they will settle and make it worth their while. The deeper the pockets seem, such as government or corporations make the possibility of making money all the better. When an attorney reviews a case against a transient, I'll bet they often advise against the suit since there is no money there.

SEVU might not be a big company, but it is no transient either. While obviously all cases are not based on this principal, I am sure that many are when the attorney takes a percentage of the profits as I understand most do.

In short it is no big deal that these attorneys have reviewed the case. The almighty dollar shines! I just want to caution again that a law suit does not mean that anything has been done wrong. A lawsuit also requires a MUCH lower standard to be won than a criminal case.
