Good Point SH... The 10 cents/share PP to Insiders...

is tantamount to Defrauding non-insider shareholders, according to the legal feed-back we're getting... I believe when we're through with SEVU and McBride, the PP will no longer exist in its current form...

Also the previous PP's/Convertible Debentures that started @ $1.00 in 1999, then 50 cents, then $2.00 and after that $8.00 are alleged to be ILLEGAL, as McBride is about to find out soon....
