To retired shairs they have to be owned by the company... so if they want to keep the same ownership and retire shares they must buyback from somewhere to then retire...

Retired can not be re-issued...there are other ways to issue more stock and or dilute.

I do not recommend Stocks or Boards....I am just here to make some change for another Rusty Nail...I do not know CHIT….
TO GAIN IN STOCKS....SOMEONE....SOMEWHERE....IS LOOSING...be nice to others
