SA - Correct as far as the return. however, there is no telling how long the RSI will remain sustained "in the air" while its trendline is still rising. Therefore, I personally use the "visual touch of RSI" or qualitative clue over any specific value.

I am aware that some traders want specific values, but I got burned too any times. RSI and price "physical behaviors' around a trigger point are more telling to me than any predictive value. Then again, it is too a matter of chosing a strategy over another.
