That is correct. But also, we have to have just a little faith ... if not the only thing we have is the Negative thoughts. That gets old.

If you only focus on the Negative ... thats what you will have
If you only fcus on the Possative ... thats what you will have

BUt if you focus on both, then your ready for either, without constantly living with negative feelings. Thats depressing
