4-4-07 Annual 10K Questions

1. The Company cancelled the Reg S offering for $3 million dollars due to stock price decline. The stock was returned to the Company's stock treasury at the Transfer Agents;
2. The CD was cashed and used during the 4th Qtr 2006 and into the 1st Qtr of 2007 to purchase inventory and advertising; and
3. The Company purchased television content (approximately $1 Million worth) from LITV for GNF Entertainment under the previous agreement. GNF chose to not make any further investment in LITV as the company did meet our financial requirement per the agreement.
