Trip to (SLJB) Sulja Brothers Building Supplies - April 10, 2007

The trip started when Scorpio and Mrs. Addams arrived in Windsor on Monday evening. He and Mrs. Addams wanted to relax the day before I arrived there so that they would have plenty of energy to see all of the things we were going to see.

I arrived at the Windsor Hotel and Casino today at 12 noon. Crossing the border into Canada was a snap and even I was surprised at how fast I got there. Once I arrived at the casino, I waited for Leslie downstairs before going up to see Scorpio, so that we would both get to meet him at the same time. I must admit that Scorpio and Mrs. Addams are fantastic people and it was my sincere pleasure to meet them for the first time.

After we left the casino we headed over to the Harrow Lumberyard. Petar was there waiting for us and we spoke for quite some time about a number of topics. Steve Sulja had to leave on a business trip and we did not get to meet him. While we were there we did get to meet John Sulja Jr, Andy Sulja and Miam Siddiq, the new CFO.

While we were there, we sat down and went over the entire Sulja Building Supplies Ltd minute book, which clearly shows that Sulja Building Supplies Ltd (Canada) is owned 100% by Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd Nevada, just like I've been saying to you all along. It was a great relief to see it with our own eyes.

We also got to see the entire engagement letter from Turner Stone and I was surprised when I saw that is ten pages long. The whole time we were there the lumberyard had lots of customers and trucks going in and out. The Sulja trucks were loading and making multiple trips to and from the yard while the forklifts moved supplies around.

The company has lots of movement and I was very surprised to see what I saw because when I went back in December, it was not as busy as it is right now. What a turn around! The best part is that they told me that now is the start of the busy season for them. Do you know how expensive trim is? They said that they were shipping it by the truckloads!

After we spoke for a good 2 hrs in the office and in the yard, they gave us two Sulja t-shirts with "Got Wood" on the back and also a Sulja sign to take home. After thanking them for taking the time to speak to us, we hopped in Petar's black Supercharged Range Rover and flew to the new Sulja trim shop about 10 min down the road. While we were on the way, we saw Prenab Shaub who was with an architect looking over some of Petar's Kore projects we saw along the way. After chatting for a few minutes, we continued on our way to the new trim shop.

When we got there, the first thought through my mind was how nice the building looked from the street. At the moment, the trim shop is getting completed but we were told that it should be up and running in less than a month. They are expecting new top of the line machinery to arrive shortly and they are completing the inside of the building with drywall and insulation. I took some pictures inside and out and I also took some video that I will post later on.

By the way, the trim shop property is also going to be the location for the truss manufacturing plant, which will be started in the near future.

After we left the trim shop we went to go look at some of the construction projects that developers were building using Sulja building materials. I have always known about Sulja selling to the developers, but I never imagined in a million years that they would be selling that much supplies! I'm talking about one community after another one of new housing everywhere I looked. Many of the projects we went to see had been completed, but there was a ton of new constriction going on.

I took pictures of construction sites that were using Sulja supplies to build homes, I took pictures of completed neighborhoods and plenty of signs from the developers that buy from Sulja for you to see that this is no little operation as some claim.

Folks, there is a lot of construction going on in some parts and I hear that there is a whole lot more to come!

Quite frankly, I think that once the Windsor area gets back on it's feet, with all of the new housing, that place is going to see great returns for anyone who buys there now. Not only that, the quality of the construction is superb and very attractive.

As I understand it, the audited financial statement should be coming out before the next OSC hearing on July 5th. Turner Stone is working hard to complete everything as fast as possible so that it is ready for the OSC to review.

What we saw today was a company operating in it's normal state with lots of business going on. I cannot believe that we are trading at under a penny! Some of you should really consider on traveling there and seeing it for yourselves. I'm fairly confident that when you come back, you will be as confident as I have always been. You won't believe it until you see it!

More to come….

While you wait, here is something to look at.
