The major idea was to preserve the majority of it while reducing the school tax burden. The method under debate is what to do with a small section of 1-2 acres while leaving the 90-95% of forested mountainside and river bed intact.

Actually we take boy scouts on overnight camping trips who are glad to police the site clean of any trash from any daytripppers who leave their food wrappings behind.
