Mike010173 - I happen to own HISC and bought it at the highs! Another stock which has cost me dearly.
But now they are getting some sales. Infact, last month was one of their highest sales ever. They have a great product (cyber tracker) for GPS and mobile technology. They can pretty much provide you with capabilities offered by onstar. They will probably go up when they come out with there GSM and satelite version of cyber tracker.
The reason the company went down was because of infighting between mgmt team and fake news by former ceo. But now the current ceo is trying to fix all the stuff that happened (thats what I hope).
