OEX P/C volume ratio?

Does anybody here have experience using this ratio? I do not have any historical data for this, but could generate it if it was useful.

Right now, intraday volume has the ratio at 2.7. Here are the last 5 days ratios:

Mon: 2.40
Thurs: 0.64
Wed: 1.35
Tue: 1.65
Mon: 0.82

This is the second day in a row that the ratio has been above 2. I think there was a poster (Scamman?) that had a ratio of 3:1 as a short term top. It is not a ratio of 3 today, but pretty close.

Any comments??
