Your search resulted in the new permits to drill. A re-entry or re-completion does not require a W-1 permit. The Justen 5 as previously noted is an example. All of the wells exist (the most important thing) and are operated by Transcontinental for PRVB. Is there some other issue here? You are doing an excellent due diligence job.
