In other words, for the company the best case secenario is a hand slap.

My concern is for the company as a whole. Persons who are found guilty should be punished. Funds gained illegally should be returned to the shareholders with interest! Not really sure how that can happen. Seems like money would have to be returned to the company. People who sold should have some kind of legal resource to regain what they lost or at least a portion of it. I have remained long and averaged down to where when (not if) the stock rebounds I will be alright! As I stated I am pulling for the company!! JMHO
