uhhh...i'd think before shares can be legally pushed to the MMs the a/s would be have to be registered-increased-cleared with the state sos....no?

Paracorp was the last reg.agent in both states..kinda sorta ya tink?...the combined total from the horses mouth is 100million, so the mystery surrounds how many Select SCAmerican manifested + NSS "imaginary shares"
