Distracted Scientist seems like a very methological persons. People like that don't shoot themselfs in the foot for jobs that have no rewards no benifits. 4God if and only if your were to give up your job as mod, My I sugget you get a Pre School Teacher to take it over because we all act like babies at times....By the way 4God you are not allowed to step down until the job is done.
