He kept that promise going right up until the day he had promised to deliver. It is one thing to run into problems, but quite another to deliberately deceive and then hide behind the "but we are just a pinksheet" excuse.

The problem with the entire pinksheet sector right now is that it is wiping out most of the players due to lying CEOs and unscrupulous finance people. The pinks used to be filled with many legit companies who were here because they did not want to spend the funds to file financials. You used to see banks and coal companies and other honest enterprises here. Many of them even used to pay dividends.

Now it is the playground of fraudsters and the ability of real companies to honestly operate on the pinks is almost gone. People need to hold the fraudsters to a level of accountability and it might restore some credibility to the pinks, but as it is going now, the SEC may just shut down the whole mess.
