I believe that Dr. Cavasin stated in a shareholder letter or somesuch that the facility was in Trois-Rivieres, not Becancour (however, that is right across the 'street' lol, which happens to be a 'river').

I probably missed it, but where is it stated by ACMG that their facility is located at that specific location?

There were a few lots available there, or combinations of lots, that were approximately the size stated by ACMG. The conversion from hectares to square feet is rather annoying, however, those naughty French! Perhaps they are doing business as Groupe Chemique ACG in lieu of Alcar?

I agree that any confirmation that they are actually doing something in that complex would be a big winner.
