Yes, I am familiar with RM's, yes I am aware SPRL was F2 and yes I am aware they keep the filings listed even when a company changes names, biz models and etc. If people want to do DD on SPRL, they must be able to see all the details. If company's could simply change their name and then have no previous filing history, then people could not look at an SPRL or a JPHC and see how many times they have changed biz models, did shady deals and etc.

Furthermore, I do not need to brush up on the stocks I follow.

If I feel they are a sham, I will post my opinion and say so.
