lol....there is a debenture...as such ...there is always a seller...and those shares are discounted ...so when there is little volume(no demand)...the shares come to market and the buyer sits and waits for it...so the bid side becomes the best offer to buy...and the market maker has his spread based on the discount...and the stated price you do not see(unless you have level 3 availability)--when the share price falls drastically..that is because there is some retail selling--when quotes out pace trades by two..and three fold..that tells me people are sitting at the bid(given the volume..lack of interest)...i watched it happen exclusively over the past three weeks...and saw many trades go through with out being posted for view(your level two screen)---i don't need any definitions for that understanding of what is...because that is simple supply and demand...and these shares were a given.."come to market"..as a seller..because these guys don't hold long:

Number of Shares 5) Sole Voting Power 449,550,000
Beneficially ---------------------------------------------------
Owned by Each 6) Shared Voting Power
Reporting ---------------------------------------------------
Person With 7) Sole Dispositive Power 449,550,000
---------------------------------------------------
8) Shared Dispositive Power
