ERHC Energy Inc (ERHE)

BB- Starcrest is part of Chrome Group. So I wonder if ERHC is also a part of the "Chrome Group". Any thoughts on how this Starcrest announcment might effect ERHC?

It may have been posted before but if not, I posted it April 4 - see my post below.
