Slim...Few people, if any are saying that this is positively no way a scam. Most acknowledge there are numerous "red flags". Some people's tolerance for risk, and capacity for optimism, is simply greater than others, and that is reflected on the board. This could well be a huge con...then again, it may not. There is evidence for both points of view at this time. Time will tell, and it is up to each person to decide "how much" time to give it. Don't begrudge people their option of waiting this out, simply because your personal threshold of tolerance has been crossed. You have negative opnions. Fine. Others have different ones, and they are entitled to them. The board is "biased" in that there are more optimistic posters than pessimistic at this time. That could change at any moment. It is a fluid condition, and not one fossilized into the structure of the board itself. This board reflects the aggregate opinion, whether you buy into it or not. I would also say that EVERYBODY here would very much appreciate hearing from the ACMG management about all the things you list. The silence is maddening.
