OSSG Assets:
I have my doubts about the software side... always have. Sound good but I believe the market for high powered software is limited. I'd also think that making it fully ebay compliant would take maintenance, thus ongoing overhead.
Plus, it (software) seems to run counter to the other business (drops offs and ebay sales) as those businesses are competitors of those who'd purchase the software.
GIG Com - I'm not sure exactly what the market differentiator is there. Sounds liek a dime a dozen. What do they bring to the marketplace (hard or soft) that distinguishes them? If there's something there I'm not seeing it and you'd think it'd be played up. So......
All in all, I like the drop-off and ebay sales/marketing side of the equation and am skeptical about the rest. Then I add in the vast number of shares and the only thing that attracts me at all is a 2 cent stock purchase price insinuating a 5 year hold for potential value to be realized. Which isn't abhorrent to me really.
This stock is one to watch as the reporting is (I have been assured!) up to speed, save for recent VTBD events and such. There should be report(s) issued in the second quarter and steadily thereafter. If that's not the case, I think that says just able all.
All IMO.
