What's really sad here
is that if the company would have made a one paragraph PR explaining the missed interview and the location of the missing DR. C, and if it made any sense this stock would easily be over .10 now. The lack of communication is just plain and simply terrible and hence the sell-off. Everyone here is doing ten times more research "trying to justify this mess" than any broker would do on a normal issue.
