my point is 5.0 million shares where exchanged for $16.7 mil in value of shares which is $ 3.34 share value. VTBD issued 5.0 mil. shares and got $16.7 mil of value.

OSSG got 5.0 mil shares at .40, worth $2.0 mil.

How is this a good deal for any ossg holders, irregardless of how much you paid for your shares??? JS TRANSFERRED / SOLD assets in the company for $ 14.7 million below value.

Great deal for VTBD.
