Neom should see at least a little pop today! IMO will continue upside movement until news<<<causing a her to run!

I am looking @ the 6-3-1 month chart... I see a need for her to pop a bit based on the DMI indicator. I think this pop will be a >Golden Cross<... On top of all this good news is due(AirClic Settlement).... I also like how she never broke the previous low! Thats my take. I got my money where my mouth is to! Anybody else care to comment?
