Yep, looks like they enetered into letter of intent to merge last November 15th. After already working on joint venture product with Sports Alumni Inc. According to past p/r's they would be merging into Sports Alumni. This should have been completed already and appears to have been delayed. Most recent info points to it going through in the very near future and someone that talked to the company hinted to "any day".
