For a company you say has NEVER filed, why do I see 283 filings for SPRL??
Are you going to use the lame excuse that they filed under different names? I hope you do, as that is further proof of how shammy these pinks are. They fleece shareholders, change their names and business models more often then I change my underwear and continue fleecing shareholders. But guess what? They can change their names 100 times, there is a VALID reason the filings appear on EDGAR, SEC and PS under the companies CURRENT name and lists all filings of their past shams. They do this why? So that investors can see the truth. As it is, if they did not do it like this, you would DD SPRL and not see much. However, it appears very important to the SEC that people are not hidden from the facts and that is why a company can pull all the games they want, change their names, biz models, management and etc, but they cannot escape people seeing the truth as the SEC will not allow it.
283 filings for a company that YOU say NEVER filed. EVER. Yet the SEC says they have filed 283 times in that timeframe, as does edgar and PS. But we are to believe you, and not the SEC, Edgar and PS?
OK. I will be e-mailing your post(s) to my SEC contact as I am sure they are interested in how you are attempting to deceive people and claim the SEC is WRONG and LYING, which is exactly what you are claiming with your naive comments.

I could do this all day, but I won't.
To anybody that claims Pinks do NOT file or claim that if they do file they are legit, please see the multi thousands on the SEC, EDGAR or PS website, that DID file and ARE shams!
I think just for certain people, when I have the time, I will compose a full list of pink filers that are dead and buried, and I will make sure this very factual and pertinent information is available for all to see. ANYBODY DD'ing AURC WILL see the truth.
How odd. You would think the pumpers would want to help the company, not hurt it. Their insisting me to prove things has led me to a decision. I will do just that. I will prove it, prove it to be factual and make sure it gets posted on every stock internet board there is.
Pumpers should know better then to challenge somebody to prove something they know is factual and will expose their lies and the truth.
I will do just that.
