also-there is something else--why would Dan sell Jim 50% of northeast and keep 1% of the magazine? Finally got in touch with Jim today. Asked him about why not a PR on the finalization of the mag deal.
He told me it's the 1% that's causing the problem ( SMMW ).
Just told me to be patient for another 7-10 days ...
